Day 1Delhi – Manali (570 km., 14 hrs)

In Delhi Evening take the Volvo bus at 05:00 PM from Majnu ka tilla metro station/ R.K. Ashram or as directed by us and board to Manali. Overnight journey by Volvo. Reporting Time: 5.00 pm Departure Time: 5.30 pm (May be delay of 30-40 Minutes)

Day 2 Manali Arrival-Pick up – sightseeing

Arrive Manali in the morning, on arrival pick up by company vehicle and transfer to your respected hotel, check in hotel. After fresh up and breakfast, proceed for Manali Sightseeing which includes famous and oldest Hadimba Devi temple, Natural Vashisth Hot water spring [known for medicinal use], Club House, Tibetan Monastery, back to hotel, dinner and rest overnight in leisure.

Day 3 Manali – Rohtang Pass-Kunzam Pass-Kaza (210 km 9 hrs)

This day after breakfast proceed to Kaza. On the way sightseeing like Nehru Khund, Palchan Village, Kothi, Gulaba, Rahla Fall and Bias Nala.Our first halt is Marhi A barren landscape offering extensive views of the valley and the mountains. We proceed to Rohtang Pass 3790 M is most popular with visitors, being one of the highest road point and gateway to LAHAUL and SPITI valleys. After crossing Rohtang pass and driving 20kms, one has to turn right from Gramphoo. While going to this pass, the panoramic view of Bara-Sigri glacier (second longest glacier in the world) is enthrilling and inspiring. Kunzum range at an altitude of 4551 m. It serves as an entrance pass to the Spiti valley from Lahaul and Manali. Goddess Kunjum (Durga/Parvati) resides in a temple on the Kunzum top and keeps guard over the pass and wards of the evil. Visitors normaly do a round around the temples to seek blessings. The crest of the pass has been marked by a chorten of stones erected ages ago. On arrival evening in Kaza camps/hotel. Winters here are severe with temperatures plunging to 20 to 25 degrees below zero.

Day 4Kaza- Ki Monastery- Kibber sightseeing (20 km. 45 minute).

Kaza is sub-divisional headquarters of Spiti valley. It is situated at the foot of the steep ridges on the left bank of Spiti River. Today Visit the Ki monastery. It is the oldest and the biggest monastery of Spiti dominating Ki-Village. After that visit Kibber village. In the afternoon, travel to Tashigong village to see the La darcha Fair grounds and the Chao Kang Nilda peak.

Day 5Kaza to Dhankar and Taboo (48 Km 2 hrs)

This day after breakfast visit the Dhankar and Taboo monasteries. Dhankar Monastery is above the Dhankar Village, between the Kaza and Taboo. Dhanker means “Fort on Cliff”. The complex is built on a 1000-foot (300-metre) high spur overlooking the confluence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers. After that proceed to Taboo. Taboo Monastery known as Ajanta of the Himalayas. Taboo monastery is more than a thousand years old and is famous for its wall paintings and murals. It is also known as the. Return back to Kaza in the evening.

Day 6Kaza –Chandertal (51 km, 3 hrs) – Chatru- Khoksar-Sissu (160 km. 6 hrs)

After breakfast checkout hotel and proceed from Kaza to Sissu. On the way you can cover Chandertal. The name of the lake originates from its crescent shape. It is situated at an altitude of about 4,300 metres (14,100 ft) in the Himalayas. After that proceed to Lahaul. You can take your lunch at Chatru or Khoksar. Khoksar is the first village of Lahaul. On arrival at Sissu check in hotel.In the evening you can visit Sissu Lake and Raja Geypen Temple, the powerful presiding deity of Lahaul valley.

Day 7Sissu – Triloknath- Udaipur (70 km. 2 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Udaipur. On the way you can visit Gondhla, s located on the river bank of the river Chandra. House of the Thakur of Gondhla, called Gondhla castle or fort, is the main attraction. Tandi is situated at the confluence of Chandra and Bhaga rivers. Tandi’s importance for the people of Lahaul is same as it is ‘Haridwar’ for the Hindus. In Tandi you can visit Tupchiling Monastery and ancient Guru Gantal monastery. After that travel to Udaipur, located in the Patten valley. A beautiful side valley in Lahaul. Udaipur and Triloknath Temple are the famous place in Lahoul. Trilokinath is famous for the Shiva temple. This is holy shrine is revered equally by Hindus and the Buddhists and Udaipur is known for the ancient Marikula Mata temple. In the evening, explore the Udaipur village and visit the Mrikula Devi. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 8Udaipur– Keylong (60 km. 2 hrs)

Travel to Keylong the headquarters of Lahaul. On the way visit Yordong Monastery, Located on Manali Leh Highway in a place called Beeling, near to the head quarter Keylong. On arrival at Keylong check in hotel. After fresh up visit Shashur Monastery and explore in Keylong market. After that hike up to the Khardong village and monastery. Kardang Monastery or Gompa is a famous Drukpa Linage Monastery and is the most important monastery Lahoul valley, India. The associated village of Kardang was once the capital of Lahaul.

Day 9Keylong – Manali (120 km, 5 hrs) – Delhi (570 km. 14 hrs)

After breakfast early in the morning drive to Manali. In Manali after fresh up drop at Volvo bus point. Proceed to Delhi with sweet memories of the trip.
