Learn about Bhutanese art and culture at the Folk Heritage Museum and Institute for Zorig Chusum (Painting School). Visit the Takin Preserve to see Bhutan's unique national animal. Day 3 / (Thimphu to Punakha – Valleys and Rivers)
Drive to Punakha (2.5 hours) via the Dochula Pass, which offers spectacular views of the Himalayan peaks. Stop at the 108 Chortens (Druk Wangyal Chortens) at the pass. Visit the stunning Punakha Dzong, a majestic fortress located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Take a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the "Temple of Fertility," dedicated to the Divine Madman, Lama Drukpa Kunley. Overnight: Punakha. -

Day 4 / (Punakha to Paro – Gateway to Culture)
Drive back to Paro (approx. 4 hours). Visit the Ta Dzong, a national museum showcasing Bhutanās rich history and culture. Explore the nearby Rinpung Dzong, also known as the "Fortress of the Heap of Jewels." Evening leisure time to stroll through Paro town and shop for local handicrafts. Overnight: Paro.

- Train and flight ticket cancellations will follow Indian railway/airline rules.
